Terms of Use for EZKnow

By installing or using EZKnow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What EZKnow is

EZKnow is a community fuel-price map. Prices, fuel availability and station status come from other drivers and from public data sources — not from the stations themselves and not from us. We do not set prices, sell fuel, or act on behalf of any station or brand.

2. Prices are estimates, not offers

Every price in the app is a report of what somebody saw at some point in time, and it may be wrong, stale, or entered by mistake. A price shown in EZKnow is not an offer and does not bind any station. Always check the price on the pump or the station's own sign before you buy. Station names, brands and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify a location.

3. Never use the app while driving

Reporting a price, reading the map, or interacting with the app in any way while operating a vehicle is dangerous and may be illegal where you are. Pull over and park first. You are solely responsible for obeying all traffic laws and for your own safety and that of others.

4. Your account

Browsing needs no account. To report prices, save vehicles or favorite stations you sign in with your phone number, verified by a one-time SMS code. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure, and for everything submitted from your account. You may delete your account at any time from the profile screen.

5. Reporting honestly

When you submit a report you confirm it reflects what you actually observed. You agree not to:

• submit prices, statuses or availability you have not seen;
• submit reports for a station you are not at, or automate submissions in any way;
• attempt to manipulate the map for the benefit or detriment of any station;
• interfere with, probe or overload the service, or evade its anti-abuse checks.

Reports carry weight based on how well they agree with other drivers over time. We may down-weight, ignore, retract or remove any report, and suspend or terminate any account, when reports appear inaccurate or abusive.

6. Location

The app uses your location to show nearby stations and, at the moment you submit a report, to confirm you are actually at the station. Location is never shown to other users. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Advertising

EZKnow is free and supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. Ads are clearly separated from app content and never mixed into prices or station data.

8. Voluntary support

The app may offer a way to support development voluntarily. Such a contribution is a gift: it unlocks nothing, buys no feature or content, and is not refundable by us. Where payment is handled by Apple, refunds follow App Store policies.

9. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and there is no guarantee that data is complete, current or available in your area.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KirsuLab LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages — including wasted journeys, fuel costs, price differences, vehicle damage or personal injury — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app, or from reliance on any data shown in it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always available at this address with its effective date.
