Delete your EZKnow account

Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open EZKnow and tap the account icon in the top-right corner.
- Sign in, if you are not signed in already.
- Scroll to the bottom of the profile screen and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. The account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period and no way to undo it.

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email hello@kirsulab.com from any address, with the phone number you signed in with. We verify ownership of the number before deleting anything, and complete the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- your account and the phone number attached to it;
- your saved vehicles and favorite stations;
- the link between you and every price report you submitted.
What is kept, and why
The price reports themselves stay on the map, anonymously. They are no longer connected to you or to your phone number — they become plain community observations, the same as if they had never had an author. Removing them instead would delete other drivers' current view of prices at those stations.
Aggregate, anonymous analytics and crash reports that were never tied to your account are also kept. They contain no phone number and no account identifier.
